Microsoft Forms: print result customization

How can you customize the "print result" to only print certain fields? I'm looking to create a custom printout based on the results.

    Greetings! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

    Do you refer to print form result via Responses tab > View results >  click the 3 dots and Print response? And do you want to only print certain fields?

    If my understanding of the scenario is consistent with yours, as far as I know, I'm afraid there is no built-in feature In Microsoft Forms to achieve this requirement. Apologize for the inconvenience caused by it.

    Personally, I understand your concern and I completely agree with you. It would be definitely ideal if we could customize print result and only print certain fields. Thank you for bringing thing to our attention.
