Dear PIOTR WACHOWICZ,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per your description, it seems that you want to have the list refreshing data automatically when you input data using Power Automate, and you want one of the menus on SharePoint site to have a bold font when adding a new item to the list.

If the understanding above is right, per the search and test on our side, we're afraid that there's no out of box way to achieve these two requirements currently, we do understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

For the issue related to Power Automate, considering that we have a dedicated channel Microsoft Power Automate Community, we sincerely recommend you go to that community and post a new thread. You can click "Start a topic" to post a question there, as shown below.

Additionally, if you are willing, to check if there is any customized way to have bold font on menu when adding a new item to lists, you may try to post this question to Microsoft Q&A Community, it's the dedicated channel handling SharePoint customization and development queries. You may use SharePoint tag and SharePoint Development tag when asking question.

Members and engineers over there are proficient in the knowledge of SharePoint customization queries. They will focus on the specific situation on your side and provide specific suggestions for you.
