i cant find out the dialog to change picture from onedrive.

Since you are using the online version of PowerPoint, this will not apply (and you've posted in a forum for Word). Can you just drag the photo from OneDrive to PPT?
You can use Insert tab > Illustrations group > Pictures > This Device and then use File Explorer to browse any connected OneDrive account.

i reinstall OneDrive to refresh the OneDrive-personal file (before reinstall it, the file wasn't sync to my Microsoft acc )
I use desktop version. I had update and sign in again but still can't get dialog to insert picture from my OneDrive
before I can insert picture from OneDrive: insert>picture>online picture>OneDrive (there was a dialog at the blue circle)
and I check it online, and there is a way can switch, I had try but not working.
Which version of Word are you using? Which platform/operating system? (You have posted in the Word for Windows forum).
Are you using the browser version?
On the Desktop version in Windows:
Insert > Pictures or Insert > Illustrations > Pictures.
