Can I add additional columns in my Inbox of Office 365 if I am using the web browser version?

    According to your description, the issue of your concern that you would like to add additional columns in Inbox on your OWA - Outlook Web App.

    Based on our tests and searching, it is not attainable to add columns in Inbox.

    We truly understand that you would like to have more customization on OWA - Outlook Web App.

    Since it is approaching into the design-level that we could not do much for you, thus, we would like to raise you to share idea and suggest this as a new feature in here - Microsoft Outlook Web App Feedback.

    We hope your voice can be heard into Outlook's engineering team's ears.
