I am a microsoft 365 personal subscriber/user, I was also given 6 months of Microsoft 365 via godaddy for my four websites. The free 365 that comes with godaddy was a trial and is ending soon. If I want to keep using outlook for receiving email can I use Microsoft 365 Business Basic instead of paying godaddy and have all four website emails go via that plan ?

    Hello GrahamRogersAZ

Hi, I'm Karl and will be happy to help you today.

Not sure I completely understand what exactly you have or are asking.

#1 - When you say that you received a trial for your 4 websites, were these each using a separate Microsoft Account?

#2 - What exactly is it that you are trying to achieve at the end of the day with all of these accounts?

#3 - What MS 365 Basic gives you is a Premium (0GB) Outlook.com account and a 100GB OneDrive account. If you do not want to proceed with a full MS 365 subscription, you just need to use the same Microsoft Account to subscribe to 365 Basic after the trial expires,

*** be sure to turn off recurring billing for any of the trial accounts so that it doesn't automatically renew as described in

Turn recurring billing on or off for Microsoft 365 for home https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/turn-recurring-billing-on-or-off-for-microsoft-365-for-home-c7c0bc32-9744-4acf-9818-815d5c96cc59

#4 - The only reason to have multiple full 36 subscriptions would be because you want the 1TB OneDrive that comes with each subscription.

Since you already have a personal subscription, all your various accounts can be configured in Outlook using that plan.

If I haven't understood what you are asking - please clarify.
