Hello, i have a SharePoint list that possibly might be corrupted and it will not load. I was able to edit the list earlier today but now i cannot access the list. I've also tried having my peers access the list but same result. It looks like it might be affecting the SharePoint site because I'm trying to create a new list and it will not load either.

Thank you very much for the reply. Oddly, restarting my computer fixed my sharepoint issue.

    Dear C_Sar,

Good day! Thank you for posting your query in our community.

Based on your description, lists will not load successfully in SharePoint. You mentioned your peers have the same problem, and newly created list had the same problem, to check whether the problem is related to the specific site, could you please create a new site to see the result?

If the problem happens on the newly created site as well, we assume that the problem maybe relate to your account or the tenant. Given this situation, more resources need to be involved on the issue in your environment. I suggest you contact the administrator in your company if you aren’t the administrator and follow the steps in the article to open a ticket, this is a most efficient way to fix the issue in your environment. Because support team there will have specific diagnostic tools that can help troubleshoot this issue further, and their support will continue to investigate this issue and provide suggestion for you.

    Appreciate your understanding.

    Sincerely,

    Jazlyn | Microsoft Community Moderator
