    Dear Sreekanth,

Greetings! Thank you for posting in the Microsoft forum.

I understand you are looking for Outlook option in Excel 365. To create an Outlook Query in Excel, you must use Exchange or Exchange online option. May I know if you see Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Exchange online as shown below?

When comparing, there are some features in Get Data which are available only in some specific versions of Excel 365 for Windows.

You can check the detailed list of what data sources are supported in the following article

Power Query data sources in Excel versions

The following table summarizes what data sources are supported in Excel for Microsoft 365:

As you mentioned, you have Microsoft 365, please not your subscription should be Enterprise. If you have the said subscription and you still don’t see Exchange option, please provide us with the screenshot of Microsoft 365 Product Information. To get this screenshot, open Word or Excel on your system, click File>Account, capture the screenshot of all the information mentioned under Product Information.

We will look forward to your reply. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation. Have a nice day. Stay safe and stay healthy.

    Sincerely,
