printing envelopes automatically changes font size

When I attempt to print envelopes from Word, the font size on the printed envelope is much smaller than the document from which I am printing. I have tried changing the font and size, trying different documents, but the problem remains. When I print a standard doc, I don't have this issue.

Envelopes use the Envelope Return and Envelope Address styles. Make sure the font chosen for those styles is what you want.

    Hi Tim,

Thanks for your quick reply. I have been told that my version of Windows is up-to-date. Unfortunately I do not have another printer to test on and I have to do a mass mailing. How do I check on the printer drivers?

    Best,

    Marisa
