Power automate access: premium or standard?

I am editing a sharepoint page, where I want to make a flow using poser automate. I need a "when a http request is received" trigger which can be used with premium access (right now I'm a standard power automate user, like everyone in the company). Is it enough to get a premium access only for me (so I can make the trigger and the flow and I can embed it into the sharepoint page) and can the other users in the company stay as standard users and they can still use the trigger?

    According to the official documentation, we do not recommend this：

     

    However, if you create a workflow in SharePoint that other users cannot edit, Freshwater should be able to use the workflow.
