Problem converting PPT to MP4

When converting a ppt to an mp4 on my iMac, the process shuts down about half way through and I get a message that says I am out of application memory and initiates a Forced Quit. The file I am converting is only about 19 MB yet the Forced Quit window says ppt is using 44GB. I am trying to save as an mp4 in presenter quality. I tried saving in internet quality and that works, but the quality is not good enough for what I need. I have updated my iMac to the latest operating system and also updated PPT .

    Hello there,

Thanks for reaching out here regarding this query.

I am pretty sure this is content-related somehow, and perhaps there's a glitch or change in the system where a certain kind of object is either no longer supported or there's a bug.

Microsoft has many Macs and they can use them for testing. You might offer your presentation to them for testing. Use the Menu Bar in PowerPoint and choose Help > Feedback > I Don't Like something.

Explain the situation and offer to provide your presentation for testing. Be sure to include your contact information.

Meanwhile, you can try converting a different ppt file to mp4 and see if the issue persists.

    Warm regards, Albert
