OneNote Syncing Error- Error code: 0xE00012E3 bbchq --NOT RESOLVING & NOT SYNCING

Question

Have tried to sync this notebook manually multiple times, but this error message just continues to pop-up every time I try, staying unresolved. What do I need to do/try? Please help!

First, you can. Check your internet connection and also if you use OneDrive to store your OneNote notebooks, check if you have enough storage space available. If you've exceeded your storage limit, you may need to upgrade your plan or delete some files to free up space. https://support.microsoft.com/office/e83ac665-8ecf-4d74-b6bc-1585599e971e

You can try resetting OneNote by clearing its cache and deleting any corrupted files. To do this, close OneNote and then navigate to the following folder: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneNote\16.0. Delete any files or folders in this location, and then reopen OneNote and try syncing again.
