Availibility of VM-Type NC6_Promo for region southeastasia not possible with terraform scripting

Question

I got this error "STANDARD_NC6_PROMO is not supported in region southeastasia. Please choose a different VM size". Please advise?

it looks like the VM SKU NC6 Promo isn't available in the Azure region Southeast Asia:

I see two options: Use a different VM SKU or a different Azure region.

Did you try to create a VM using the VM SKU NC6 Promo via Azure portal? This works?
