I followed the instructions with incognito. That didn't work. I'm the only person on my account so I'm the admin. My issue started happening today.

If you have another web browser, please try to use it and check if the same issue persist.
If it does, you may perform a Network reset through PC settings: Select Start > Settings > Network & internet > Advanced network settings > Network reset. Open Network & Internet Status settings
On the Network reset screen, select Reset now > Yes to confirm.
Wait for your PC to restart, and see if that fixes the problem.
