Microsoft 365 Loading & Printer Issue

Anonymous
2023-05-04T00:53:28+00:00

My Operating system: Windows 10

Running Microsoft 365.

For some reason, randomly my Microsoft programs specifically Word, Excell, Powerpoint and Publisher will not open, resulting in me having to restart my PC.

Also randomly I am having printer issues specifically linked with the microsoft software that has only recently occred.

I can print from websites and other programs but if I try to print custom pages (pg 12-15 ) for example, it is only printing the first page of my document (pg 1).

The print setting will also randomly not connect with my printer and I have had to re-link my printer to the microsoft printer settings multiple times.

Any idea on what could be causing this and solutions to fixing this annoying problem?

    Hi Myk,

    Thanks for the quick response.

I did as you advised, trying first the quick repair and then the online.

That did not resolve the issue.

I also uninstalled both my Microsoft Office and Brother Printer Software, re-installed both, ran a DNS cache clear and re-started my PC.

I am able to open up my Word, Powerpoint, etc documents but for some reason, Microsoft programs such as Word still won't allow me to do customer page range prints. If I try to do it, it will only front the first page in a whole document, otherwise I can print an entire document fine.

Never had this issue until today,

    Regards,

    Matt
