Zabbix server installation problem on UBUNTU 18.0 version in Azure

i deployed Ubuntu 18.0 gen1 VM and after installation of Lamp server, i tried to install zabbix agent from the zabbix repository but it didn't fetch and following text appears :

Resolving repo.zabbix.com (repo.zabbix.com)... 178.128.6.101, 2604:a880:2:d0::2062:d001
Connecting to repo.zabbix.com (repo.zabbix.com)|178.128.6.101|:443... failed: Connection timed out.
Connecting to repo.zabbix.com (repo.zabbix.com)|2604:a880:2:d0::2062:d001|:443... failed: Network is unreachable

Please help me to install zabbix server in UBUNTU 18.0 VERSION .

    @Vishnu Nutakki Apologies for the delay in response and all the inconvenience caused because of the issue.

    The mentioned error can be because of any reason. Can you try Zabbix installation as mentioned in any of the below reference and let me know if it is working for you or not:
