Disabling Email Auto-Complete

Hello

Due to an influx of GDPR breaches, we are attempting to disable email auto-complete by group policy rather than going around to individuals PCs and then trusting our users not to change the settings back again. Our IT support company made some changes to the registry and on testing at their offices Outlook recognised the changes in the registry and auto-complete switched off. When making the changes to the registry on my PC they could not get Outlook to recognise the changes and so it didn't work. If the IT support company can get their PCs to recognise the change then surely it can work on our user base PCs?

Just enquiring to see if anybody has any experience of doing this or any ideas on how we can get it working?

Many thanks for reading.

Liz
