How can I change Excels Web Query browser from IE to Chrome

Hi,

I am trying to import data from a website in to excel. But I am getting below error message.

I tried after changing my default browser settings and all. I guess the issue is excel default browser is till IE.

Please support if anyone is having a solution.

    There is no way to change the browser to Chrome.

    Save the website as HTML file on your locale PC and check what happens if you load the data from that file.

    If you still can't import data, then the website is usually the problem. It generates the data on purpose so that you can recognize it visually, but cannot export the data.

    Thanks Andreas,

    I tried that solution already. But the data is embedded into an html (with js i guess - i am not technically good to confirm) it's not happening.

    As IE already obselete, Microsoft did not issue any patch to this...!

    Hope to see a solution soon....
