Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate Examination

Question

Hello, I had the Microsoft Data Analyst Associate certification exam scheduled and confirmed for today Sat. the 21st of August. However, when I tried to access it from my dashboard I had no appointments to be found. I also tried accessing it from the PSI browser but after the verification process, I just received a blank page. What should I do in this case? Who can I contact? Can I still take the exam without having to repay? Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you in advance.
