Reset organization Multi factor

I use an organization account for Power Automate Flows. I have some important and complex Flows saved in this account which are essential to my daily business. When my phone got damaged yesterday I suddenly realized that even with the cloud backup of Authenticator I can't access this account anymore. Because it just won't give me the code. Useless backup. There should be a big statement during setup that the Authenticator backup will be useless if you're the only (admin) user.

I thought there would be another possibility to reset the MFA for example with email, phone or anything. But it seems like I'm locked-out for infinity.

It doesn't send me the number anymore to the app, probably due to the new installation of it.

In the app it says I have to scan a QR code from my organization before I can get new MFA codes.

Well, I can't get any QR code because I'm the only user of my organization and in order to get one I would need an MFA code.

There are no other possibilities to choose from.

At least I can still use Power Automate in the desktop application without login. But knowing that this will be over soon and there is no way to save my weeks of work is kind of ... unpleasant.

Is my organization dead to Microsoft now?

    Dear TT96,

Greeting. Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

I understand your concerns and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Yes, as you think, MFA can be reset, but this requires there is other admins in your organization to set it up, knowing that you are the only user of organization, so, for this case you may need to contact our data protection team.
