[OneDrive isn't connected]

Hi there,
I hope that you're doing well.

I wondered why my Onedrive account doesn't connect and sync as I turn on my computer.

The Onedrive app is enabled as a startup app, and if I try to sync, shows as signing in.

If I go to settings it shows as: You don't have an account connected. To connect an account, select "Add an account" and then sign in.
If I try to add shows as signing in and this cycle never ends!

System Information:

Edition Windows 11 Home

Version 22H2

Installed on ‎6/‎9/‎2023

OS build 22621.1702

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22641.1000.0

I appreciate any help or information regarding that.

Best regards,

Eliakim Mattos

    Hi Fuad Laguda,
    Thanks for your help.

Actually, the issue is related to my work network settings. When I am at my workplace, my Onedrive account does not synchronize at all.
However, when I am at home, it does automatically.

Do you know how I can change any settings to synchronize automatically in my work environment?

    Best regards,

    Eliakim

    Hello,

Resetting OneDrive does not delete the files, the reset will reset the settings only.

    Hi Fuad Laguda,
    Thanks for helping me out.

I already reinstalled the app and it did not work. Question for you:
If I try the second option (reset), is this process going to erase all files?

    Best regards,

    Eliakim

    Hello,

Thank you for coming to the forum. I am sorry about the challenge you are facing, and I will be happy to assist in the best way I can.

I think you should reinstall the One Drive, remove it from the control panel and download a fresh one from the OneDrive site, click the below link for a guide https://support.office.com/article/0660f354-6a69-46eb-b817-7f4e0d7b45b5

If the reinstalling fails to resolve the issue, then reset the onedrive click this link to see how:- https://support.office.com/article/34701e00-bf7b-42db-b960-84905399050c

    I kindly await a reply for a follow-up
