- What permissions have you been given for shared mailbox?
- If convenient, please kindly ask them to unassign the shared mailbox and reassign it to you, and then check the results.
- Did you receive any error messages or error codes? If so, please kindly share the screenshot to me, thank you.
- Would you please try logging in to OWA (Outlook web app) with your account to check if you encounter the same error?
- Please also kindly try to create a new profile to check the result, and in order to prevent loss of your important data, please backup Outlook data in advance.
