- If you are still having issues, add a trusted location in Microsoft Office is a folder that contains files you trust to be safe.
a. In your Office app, click File > Options.
b. Click Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Trusted Locations.
c. Click Add new location.
d. Click Browse to find the folder, select a folder, and then click OK.
Re-open the document and check if it helps.
