Question

I have a single DC server 2019, all users are unable to access the server. But more importantly, I can't log onto the server locally using my admin account either.

the last thing I did earlier in the week was ran a script to sync the time on all the workstations and server.

I've tried logging in without the network cables attached and using various admin accounts and none are working.

What are my options to get back into this server?

Might try to logon DSRM mode.
