    Thank you for your reply.

Yes, the problem only happens in dark mode.

So I think it is the bug of the One Drive App with iOS 16.4.1

I hope MS will solve it.

Did this ever get fixed? I found myself in an embarrassing situation today not being able to read a file whilst out and about.

This is on both iPhone and iPad, both iOS 16.4.1.

Ah - it’s a problem with Dark Mode! I’ve just switched that off and I can now read text files. Wish I’d thought of trying that earlier.

    Hi Taiwo,

Thank you for your reply. However, it does not work.

I had uninstalled the one drive app and download installl again. It is the same.

I am using iPhone iOS16.4.1. The laptop is windows 11.

I need to view the text file at the One drive App.

There is no problem to view other files like PDF, jpg, png etc.

So far, only .txt file got problem. Blank.

however, I can share the file with other app to view it.

    Hi

I'm Taiwo and I'd be happy to help you with your question. In this Forum, We are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.

It sounds like there might be a problem with the OneDrive app on your iOS device. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Restart the OneDrive app, Close the OneDrive app completely, then open it again.
    2. Restart your Mac, Hold down the power button on your device until the "Slide to power off" slider appears. Slide it to turn off your device, then hold down the power button again to turn it back on.
    3. Check the App Store for any available updates to the OneDrive app, and install them if there are any.
    4. Open the OneDrive app, go to "Settings," then "Clear cache." This will delete any temporary files stored by the app, which can sometimes fix issues.
    5. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the OneDrive app. This will delete all app data, so make sure to back up any important files before doing this.

I hope this helps ;-), let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions.

    Best Regards, Thank You.
