ที่ทำงาน ใช้ Microsoft Power Automate แล้วเกิดประเด็น เรื่องการส่งอีเมล์แจ้งเตือน Flow ที่ Error ไป เจ้าของร่วมเก่า

เดิม ผมได้เขียน FLow สำหรับ Microsoft Power Automate ไว้ แล้วให้ เพื่อนร่วมงาน 1 คนเป็น Owner ร่วม

ถึงตอนนี้ หากมี Error เกิดขึ้น Microsoft Power Automate จะแจ้งกลับไปยัง Owner ทั้ง 2 คน

ต่อมา เพื่อนร่วมงานคนนั้น ได้ขอย้ายออกไปฝ่ายอื่น

ผมได้ลบ ชื่อเขาออกจาก ระบบ หมดทุกจุดแล้ว

แต่เมื่อวาน ยังมีเมล์แจ้ง Error (Error เพราะระบบของ Microsoft ด้วย) มันแจ้งไปที่เขา ................ เขาโกรธผมมาก ที่ ทำไมผมไม่เอาชื่อเขาออกไม่ครบ แน่นอน เขามาฟ้องหัวหน้างานผม !!! หัวหน้างานผมก็โกรธผมมาก !! ที่ผมทำงานไม่เรียบร้อย!!!

แต่ประเด็นคือ ผมเอาชื่อเขาออกหมดทุกจุดแล้ว ??? เขาไมใช่ Owner , ไม่ใช่ Share ไม่มี Connection อะไรเหลือแล้ว หรือใช้อะไรของเขาใน Flow แล้ว

ทำไมมันยังส่งเมล์แจ้งไปที่เขา !!!

Microsoft Help คิดว่า มีจุดไหนที่ผมยังไม่เอาออกอีกบ้าง
