Microsoft Workplace Discount Program - change email associated with account

Hope someone can help.

Just joined the Microsoft Workplace Discount Program, in order to purchase MS 365. MS System's validated my work email address on my application and confirmed program was applicable and open to me and ask me to enter Personal email address.

A Pop-up inserted my wife's email address and without thinking I clicked OK.

Now as account has been created against my work email address, I can't go through process again and use correct email (mine).

Therefore need to know how I can change wrong email address associated with my Microsoft Workplace Discount Program account.

Have tried going through MS Customer Support, but they weren't any help.

Seems quite a simple 'ask' to me, but its just a matter of finding correct people who manage program!

    simple answer is I've up!!!...MS Support is Poor...I would use other words to describe it, but it would likely be deemed offensive, but you get the jest of what I think - all I wanted to do was change an email account associated with my work on!!!....and it can't be done...REALLY?!!

    Many Thx for prompt reply!

    When I contacted MS Support I simply explained problem, said he would look in to it an get back to me, but hasn't!

    I've tried tried your suggestion ie. Business support route, unfortunately this was a waste of time as well - IVR takes you down various routes and points to a further webpage and then cuts you off without option to speak to someone. As my issue wasn't a IVR option I really needed to speak to someone!

    I'm trying to buy a MS 365 product and sign up for annual re-occurring fee...would have thought this would have been simple

    MS Support has been a VERY POOR experience!!

    Al P, you can reach out to Microsoft support again via live chats or you can exercise some more patience in the hope that you will be contacted with a feedback. I understand how frustrating this can be.
