Reminder email: Something failed

Hi, I was just wondering why I am still receiving this kind of error in my email everyday. I have already deleted the Microsoft List app that was previously set to send reminders to my email.

According to your description, the issue of your concern that you keep receiving the reminder emails.

First of all, may I know that how did you set your Outlook to send the reminder emails? (Please share it steps by steps with us that we can find a way to disable it.)

Or there's an easiest workaround for you that you can right click this email and select Junk > Block Sender.

And these annoying emails will go into your junk folder and won't bother you anymore.
