According to the error message, normally, it happens after your organization changed the domain for Office 365. I would like to know if your organization is in the same situation. You can click File> Info, and check if all notebooks displayed are still pointing to the path with the old domain.
If not, please post back and let me know.
If so, here is a thread where the member discussed a similar situation. Please try the steps and check again.
