OneNote workbook transfer without Export button

My account is going to expire soon as it was my university account, and I want to transfer my OneNote notebooks to another account. However I don't see an option for Export as I am on Mac version. What can I do?

I also have OneNote app on my iPad logged in with my university account, and I want to know if I could still access my Notebooks when that account gets disabled.

No, that doesn't work with OneNote notebooks.

I explained this in another thread:

If your school account is disabled, you will no longer have access to the account or files.

    Hi TC22_99,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am Blessing, an independent advisor here and a Microsoft user like you.

You can transfer your Notebooks in the OneNote folder on OneDrive associated with your university account to another account using the Mover Transfer Wizard. Kindly follow steps below for guidance:

    1. Go to Mover Sign In page. https://app.mover.io/
    2. The first time you log in to Mover with your Microsoft account, you'll be asked to give permission to access you files. Select Yes to continue.
    3. On the next page, select Authorize New Connector under Step 1: Select Source.
    4. Then select the OneDrive you want to transfer from.

Select Authorize next to OneDrive Consumer if transferring from another Microsoft account.

    1. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
    2. Review and select the files and folders that you want to move. Note that all the files and folders in the directory you select, will be moved.
    3. To choose the location that your files will move to, click Authorize New Connector under Step 2: Select destination.
    4. On the next page, select Authorize next to the Microsoft account that you want to move your files to.
    5. Enter the username and password for your personal Microsoft account.
    6. Select an existing folder to move your files to, or select Create Folder if you want a new folder for your files.
    7. Under Step 3: Start transferring, select Start copy.
    8. If you want to see more information about the transfer, review the data under Transfer. For example, if you have any Files Skipped, select the number of files in the column and review the files.
