Keep randomly dropping my Global Admin connection to O365 Exchange, Microsoft 365 Administration etc.

For some reason my connection keeps dropping at random when logged into Microsoft 365 Administration, O365 Exchange and other sites from the O365 portal. Sometimes I can be online for 15min other times 30-60min before loosing connection. When it starts to happen it's a long time loading content from different views and trying to update the page Ctrl+F5

It gives me this error:

I have tried yesterday to clear cache in Chrome Browser but doesn't seem to fix anything and I have same problem in Edge. I have also tried to work incognito and it's still same problem. To be able to work again I have to close down the browser and start logging in again. Most times it works but once a while It's not enough and I have to restart pc before I can gain access again. This is pretty annoying when having 60+ tenants to work on everyday.

I usually use portal.office.com to login and go from Admin in the panel to the users. I have tried to use Partner instead but seems to give me same problems

This have been a problem the past 2-3 weeks, so hope someone can tell me what is wrong or what I can do different.

/Martin

    Dear Martin Rune Cichos,

    Hope you are doing well.

Sorry to disturb. The next update just shows the current status for the incident, and it may tell that it's fixed. Particularly for this issue, the corresponding SI:TM598394 is restored, may I know if this issue has been resolved on your side or can you help confirm if there is anything else we can do to help you?

Thank you so much for your cooperation and kindness.

    Sincerely

Thanks for the quick reply. Glad to see it's not only me who have the problem :)

So you think it will be corrected by the next update on the June 27th or should I expect problems for longer time?

    Best regards,

    Martin

    Dear Martin Rune Cichos,

Good day! Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

I've checked from my side, this is a known issue, there currently two different Service incident for issues with low network connectivity in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

    =======================================================================================

Incident TM598394: "Admins may notice that some network assessment scores are lower than expected in the Microsoft 365 admin center".

Title: Admins may notice that some network assessment scores are lower than expected in the Microsoft 365 admin center

User impact: Admins may notice that some network assessment scores are lower than expected in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

More info: The impact affects some customers and specific to admins viewing Microsoft Teams for network assessment scores in the Microsoft 365 admin center on the Microsoft 365 network connectivity page.

Current status: We've identified that a code regression in a recent update has introduced a network score calculation error resulting in inaccurate Microsoft Teams for network assessment scores in the Microsoft 365 admin center. We've developed a code fix which is being validated to ensure it will successfully remediate the problem before we apply it to the affected environments. Once the fix is validated and deployed to prevent further impact, we'll backfill all of the impacted historical Microsoft Teams network assessments data to correct score accuracy, fully resolving the issue.

Scope of impact: Impact may occur all admins that are assessing Microsoft Teams for network assessment scores in the Microsoft 365 admin center when those scores are being calculated through infrastructure where the code regression was deployed.

Root cause: A code regression in a recent update has introduced a network score calculation error resulting in inaccurate Microsoft Teams for network assessment scores in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Another one is MO598721: "Admins may be unable to view up to date network connectivity report data in the Microsoft 365 admin center".

Title: Admins may be unable to view up to date network connectivity report data in the Microsoft 365 admin center

User impact: Admins may be unable to view up to date network connectivity report data in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

More info: Data after June 18, 2023 will not be viewable in the network connectivity report. Reports will still be shown, but data will be from prior to June 18.

Current status: After our investigation of reported upstream data, we suspect that a code issue was introduced within a previous update. We're working to repair this code issue and potentially alleviate impact.

Scope of impact: Any admin trying to view current data in the network connectivity report may be impacted.

    Dear Martin Rune Cichos,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Based on your description, I understand that you have a query "Keep randomly dropping my Global Admin connection to O365 Exchange, Microsoft 365 Administration etc."

Have you tried different PC to check if it works? if so, it may be an issue with all time caches, please try clearing all time caches of the browser. Refer to How to Manage and Clear Your Cache and Cookies | Edge Learning Center (microsoft.com). Also try switching to another browser that you never used before to locate if the issue happens on a certain browser.

We truly appreciate your kind understanding and patience in this situation.

    Sincerely,
