I understand that you are having issues with OneDrive storage, which is not reflected in your Microsoft account.
Hence the Purchased storage is not visible under your Microsoft account, it is recommended to contact Microsoft chat support directly.

- Select Microsoft 365.
- Click Get Home support.
- Click Get support in your browser.
- Type in Account and click Contact support in the bottom pane.
Also, ensure you have used the right Microsoft account, if you have multiple Microsoft accounts, check all the available accounts purchase history. You could also cancel the subscription and renew it again if you see the debited amount on the bank statement.
