Repeating section or question

Hi,

My organization is collecting information from different organisations and few organization wants to give multiple contacts. Is there any option to add multiple contacts in MS Forms. Like a button to add another contact.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to add multiple texts in Microsoft Forms. However, you can write instructions to add multiple contacts within the questions of the Microsoft Forms itself. Alternatively, you can create multiple sections and ask the user to enter multiple contacts as answer options.
