My software download doesn't work.

Question

I bought a download card for Microsoft Office at Costco. The card said to scan the QR code with my smartphone, which I did. But then it tried to download the software onto my phone instead ion y computer. It didn't work, obviously. But when I tried again on my computer, it told me my PIN has already been activated. So I paid for the software, but I have no software.

Did you receive a product key for this license?

If you did, have you redeemed this product key?

If you have not redeemed, you will need to redeem the product key to your Microsoft account.

How to redeem an Office product key:

1. Sign in to https://setup.office.com/ with your Microsoft account.
2. Enter the 25-character code, and then select Next. Don’t worry about hyphens, the system takes care of those for you.

Kindly find steps below on how to install Office:

1. From your computer, go to https://www.office.com/ and if you're not already signed in, select Sign in.
2. Sign in with the account you associated with this version of Office. This account can be a Microsoft account, or work or school account.
3. After signing in, from the Office home page select Install Office.
4. Select Install (or depending on your version, Install Office>). After installation, sign into any Office app like Word to activate Office.
