Get Data From SQL Database Popup screen all white

Hi,

I am trying to create a sql database connection in my excel. When i go to Data-> Get Data -> From Database -> From SQL Server Database I get a pop up window asking me to type in the server information. this loads correctly. however once i select okay and move on to the next step, the entire pop up screen turns white, and i cant interact with the pop up window at all. this is preventing several business users from accessing our database and is a critical issue across multiple users. i have tried running excel in safe mode and it does not work. i have tried removing any addins and it still doesnt work.

I am running excel version 2307 (Build 19926.20170 Click-to-Run)

    From your description, It could be some security software crash the next step.

    Does issue happen on all the users? If not ,check the difference from user which works and which doesn't work. Hope it will help to find the casue.

    Since we haven't enviroment at hand, it is suggested to raise a ticket to Microsoft. The support team can remote to check the issue and help you find the casue.

    Please contact your admin/IT department create a support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center> Support> New service request.
