Hello,

I work in a school and we have the A1 package. It allowed me to create an Bookings page, however now it is saying that I am no longer bale to access it and to ask my IT as we don't have the correct licence.

People are still able to use my link to create a booking, but I am unable to amend anything as an admin on my bookings page.

Please could you advise?

Kind Regards

    Hello AimeeEL,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your Bookings page. It's possible that there might have been a change in the Microsoft 365 subscription assigned to your account. You may reach out to your admin to confirm if this is not the case. Otherwise, in reference to this doc, Microsoft Bookings is not available for the A1 package.
