I have a excel spreadsheet and before I editied it i did not save the original data that I had started with.
Like I can with Google Sheets, is it possible to go back in time and see what the original spreadsheet looked like before I started to edit it?

Depending on your setting and saving you might be able to use the auto recovery feature: File, Info, Manage Workbook:
If you had "make a backup copy" on yes also.
