    Dear Erik,

Thanks for sharing back with the details.

It doesn't look like a SHarePoint list but more like a document library linked to the tab from the folder structure we can see, could you please click the three dots near Integrate and click Open in SharePoint and take a screenshot of the webpage for a further check?

Thanks for your patience and understanding. Have a good day!!

    Best Regards,

    Mia

    Dear Erik,

Good day!! Thanks for posting your concern in this Microsoft Community.

As per the description shared, we understand your situation and from our test it seems like we failed to repro the similar behavior. Firstly, we'd like to confirm if you add a Lists tab in a Teams channel and select create from a blank list? For reference: Get started with Lists in Teams - Microsoft Support

Also, we noticed you post in Other category, so we'd like to also confirm which device are you encountering with this behavior. Is it a Windows or Mac device and more screenshots will help us to investigate the case more efficiently.

Thanks for your patience and understanding. Have a good day!!

    Best Regards,

    Mia
