Teams error repeatedly

Greetings -

I am getting an error in Teams repeatedly. I have restarted, re logged in, etc.

Detaills:

    Yes you can delete the files and folders in the Teams directory, its a way to refresh your Teams app and clear corrupt system files.

    Thank you. I had already removed and reinstalled Teams which seems to have resolved the issue, perhaps this would have too. I did just follow the instructions and found many folders and files in the Teams directory - just confirming that all of these can be deleted?
