I have windows 10 home single language, 8GB RAM, 936GB space and core i3 10TH GEN. Is my requirement is fulfil for windows 11 or I need more?

There would be tool call PC Health Check App and you will able to run and check if your device is compatible and it will be available in future on:
https://aka.ms/GetPCHealthCheckApp
For now, either you have to chose to join Windows Insider program and see if you will be able to upgrade or download the ISO file and run installer and it will check for compatibility.
