Hi Welcome to the Microsoft Community. I am a Microsoft user just like you, and I hope you are well.

Please note: This is a user-to-user community forum. We are users just like you who help others. We are not employees of Microsoft.

The insert tab on OneNote for Mac does not have the option to use your camera because this feature is not currently supported. Microsoft is working on adding this feature to OneNote for Mac in the future, but there is no timeline for when it will be available.

In the meantime, you can use the following workarounds to insert images from your camera into OneNote for Mac:

Insert the image from a different device. If you have a Windows PC or iPad, you can insert the image from your camera into OneNote on that device and then sync the notebook to your Mac.

Use a third-party app. There are a number of third-party apps that allow you to insert images from your camera into OneNote for Mac. Some popular options include:

OneCam OneNote Clipper Web Clipper for OneNote

I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards, Umar Majeed
