Calculated fields in Pivot table

Hi,

I am trying to add a calculated field in a Pivot table. but this option is not available in my Excel.

In a smaller file I opened to test it, it works.

what can be the reason?

    Surely you can anonymise the data and share a copy?

    hi,

    it is usual pivot table.

    additional point, i sent it to a friend of mine and she could add a calculated field...

    what can it be?

    Calculated fields are only available in usual Pivot tables. If you load the Data into a Datamodel this feature is disabled and you have to use a mesure / DAX instead.
