Hello,

I am trying to downgrade my Microsoft 365 Subscription from Microsoft 365 Personal down to Microsoft 365 Basic. The website that I am trying to perform this action from is cutting off and I am not able to proceed with changing my subscription type. Help on this matter would be appreciated.

Thank you,
Paul

Hey there, my name is Ajibola and I'm excited to help you out today!

To Switch between Microsoft 365 subscriptions We recommend that you sign in to Services & subscriptions with the Microsoft account associated with your subscription, select Turn off recurring billing before your trial ends, and then switch to Microsoft 365 Personal.

Here are some possible solutions that you can try:

  1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try again.

  3. Check if there are any pending updates for your browser and install them.
