How can I receive link to Microsoft forms responses within email notifications?

Hi,

Relatively new to using Microsoft forms. Is there a way in addition to receiving email notifications when a form is completed/submitted to have the link to responses within that email as well to directly go to view the responses?

    Dear BDz845,

    There is a built-in option Get email notification of each response in Settings in Microsoft Forms for the form owner. After you check the option, you as a form owner will receive the email with a link to see the responses.

    .

    Some other customization such as email format may use Power Automate to do that.
