Licencing

Hi all

I'm after some information regarding Microsoft CoPilot licencing as below:

1/. Could we set up generic accounts so that teams had a chance to use CoPilot rather than simply nominated users?    2/. Could we monitor use and move licences between users to maximise the value we derived from the access? Would this be easy enough to do or unmanageable?

Many thanks

Graham

    Dear Graham DSInfo

Good day! Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community. We'll be happy to help!

First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience and inconvenience caused to your work. Based on your description, regarding your questions about Microsoft CoPilot licensing:

    1. Microsoft CoPilot licenses are assigned to individual users, not generic accounts. Each user who needs to use CoPilot will need their own license assigned to them.
    2. Yes, you can monitor the use of CoPilot licenses and reassign them to different users **** as needed. This can be done through the Microsoft 365 admin center. However, please note that licenses cannot be shared between users.

    For your reference

    .

Thank you in advance for your understanding! Your patience and cooperation will be greatly appreciated. I hope for all the best!

    Sincerely
