UPDATE INTEGRATION SOLUTION VERSION BUSINESS CENTRAL CRM

I recently set up Business Central and CRM to synchronize items and orders. In UAT, the integration solution was version 20.045448.46843 and everything was fine.

In PROD, the integration solution was updated to version 21.0.51393.52211 by Microsoft, which resulted in synchronization discrepancies.

Can anyone tell me how to update the integration version in UAT? Microsoft's online documentation doesn't really help me.

    Dear Joel Njike Nyamke,

Greetings! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

May I know if you have issue when you update integration solution version business central CRM in Dynamic 365 Business Central?

If yes, I sincerely recommend you post this question in Microsoft Business Central forum which is the dedicated channel handling this kind of issues. Members and engineers over there are proficient in the knowledge of Business Central CRM queries. We are sure that our experts from that team can address your query effectively and accurately.

The reason I ask you to post a new thread is that in Microsoft Community, we have limited resources and very little knowledge about Business Central and in Microsoft Business Central forum, you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction.

If my understanding of the scenario is not consistent with yours, feel free to point it out.

Appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Tina | Microsoft Community Moderator
