Sherry,

    凱西·A.

    Hello Sherry,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

We understand that you are trying to collect more than 200 responses as you have upgraded to Microsoft 365 Personal. As per support article, Microsoft Forms, a personal Microsoft account limit should be up to 200 responses per form and 1000 responses for subscribed accounts.

You may check the account at the top of the right side with your name if that is signed in with the paid Microsoft 365 subscription. However, you may need to make sure that the account you signed into is the one with premium subscription (Microsoft 365).

For the meantime, you may try to check these two things here:

    • To get more than 200 responses, you may want to check if the “End date” is set on your form. If it is, you may not receive all the responses on that “End date”.
    • Another workaround is to export responses into an Excel file when it hits the 200-response limit and delete all responses so that there are new quotas for upcoming responses.

    Sincerely,

    Kathy A.
