Authenticator does not show numbers, impossible to log in

Recently I bought Teams essentials for small business use. This came with another Microsoft account (already had two).
I also use the Microsoft Authenticator. But when I try to log in Authenticator does not respond, no numbers are shown. (No problems to log in with the other two accounts).

I use a Mac, the Authenticator app is on my iPhone.
I tried to delete the app and install again, also I restarted Mac and iPhone but I cannot find a solution.

Hopefully you can help me out?

Because since we forum moderators have limited access permission and resources, we cannot take any action in this public forum for admin account or end user account related situation. Because, certain standard process is required.

    Dear Darpan,

    Thank you very much for your reaction. On Thursday I contacted Microsoft support and, as you mentioned, they escalate my case to other support teams. Now I am waiting for a call back from one of the engineers. So my problem is not solved yet but I am confident that it will be soon.
