Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Hello
I am Abdal and I would be glad to help you with your question.
Yes, calculated columns are an option in Microsoft Lists. To add a calculated column, you can follow these steps:
Open the list or library that you want to add the calculated column to. Click on the Settings icon (three dots) in the top right corner of the list or library. Select List settings. In the Columns section, click Create column. In the Name and type section, enter a name for the calculated column. Under The type of information in this column is, select Calculated (calculation based on other columns). In the Formula box, enter the formula for the calculated column. The formula can use any of the columns in the list or library. Click OK.
The calculated column will now be added to the list or library. You can view the calculated column values by opening any list item.
If you are using Microsoft Lists in Microsoft Teams, you may not see the option to add a calculated column. This is because the calculated column feature is not yet available in the Teams app. You can still add calculated columns to Microsoft Lists by using the SharePoint web app.
