    Hello @Ruben Martinez ,

    Welcome to Q&A Forum!

If you want to disable labels in Sharepoint lists and libraries, you can perform the following steps:

    A

a1.Access the list(library) as an admin, click on List settings(Library settings) >> (Permissions and Management) Apply label to items in this list or library

a2.On the Apply Label, you can select "None" from the drop-down box and check the "Apply label to existing items in the library" check box >> Save

a3.You need to wait for a few minutes (the specific time depends on the number of items in your list) before the label disappears.

    B

b1.Sign in Microsoft 365 compliance as Global administrators, click on Information governance >> Label policies >> select the label that your want to disable >> Disable policy

b2.You also need to wait for a while.
Note: This method means that "Apply label to existing items in the library" function disappears.
