Disappearing Next button

Trying to download Office Home & Office 2021 for Mac. When I enter the product key, the only thing that happens is the 'Next' button disappears. Nothing else on the screen is clickable, no download starts. Nothing. My OS is Ventura 13.6, my browser is Firefox 118.0. Pop-ups from Office and MS have been allowed.

    • This problem may occur if the browser settings or extensions are interfering with the setup process. To avoid this problem, they suggest the following steps:
      • Close all open windows and go to: setup.office.com
      • Sign in using an existing Microsoft account or create a new one.
      • Enter your Office product key.
      • Follow the remaining instructions to install Office.
    • This problem may also occur if the product key is invalid or incomplete. To check this, they suggest the following steps:
      • Make sure that you received a 25-character code from the retailer.
      • If the code is not 25 characters long, contact the retailer for a complete code.
      • If the code is 25 characters long, contact Microsoft support via live chat to validate your product key.
